All engineers sign confidentiality agreements / non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and intellectual property/invention assignment agreements. We enforce strict confidentiality and security policies (ISO 27001) across all engagements, including mandatory criminal background checks and cybersecurity awareness training during onboarding.
You may require engineers to install MDM software (e.g., Jamf, Intune, or Kandji) or use company-issued, preconfigured equipment to meet your internal IT and data protection policies.
You may also request that engineers sign additional subcontracting or invention assignment agreements. We can sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) to support your compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
And employment, education, and reference checks can be conducted upon request to meet your internal compliance or security requirements.
When you pay us for our services, we transfer to you full ownership of all code, data, and other work product created by the engineers.
